A program is planned and priced for the year ahead: which work happens in which month, at what cost, agreed up front. That turns exterior maintenance into a budget line the committee can plan around instead of a series of unbudgeted invoices.
Can you work to our existing maintenance schedule?
Yes. If the property already has a schedule or a sinking fund plan, we quote against it. If it doesn't, we can put a proposed schedule together based on the building, its roof type and what's overhanging it.
Do you travel outside Sydney for commercial work?
Yes, commercial jobs are quoted anywhere in New South Wales, with travel factored into the fixed quote up front.
Can you work outside business or trading hours?
Yes. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are all standard for commercial sites so the work never disrupts staff, tenants or customers.
