What surfaces should be soft washed instead of pressure cleaned?
Roofs, render, painted surfaces, weatherboard, older masonry and anything coated or fragile. If high pressure could strip, crack or force water where it shouldn't go, soft washing is the answer.
Does low pressure actually clean as well?
Better, for the right surfaces. The cleaning solution breaks down grime and kills mould at the root, so the result is more even and lasts longer than blasting the surface layer off.
How often should my roof be cleaned?
Every 12–24 months for most Sydney roofs — sooner under heavy tree cover or near the coast, where moss, lichen and salt build up faster.
Do you work safely at heights?
Yes — our whole team is trained and insured for working at heights, with proper harness and access equipment on every roof job.
