Is pressure cleaning safe for timber decks?
Only at the right pressure — high pressure furs and gouges timber. We clean decks at reduced pressure with a wide fan, or soft wash them, depending on the timber and its condition.
Do you clean the railings and ceiling too?
Yes — a verandah clean covers the floor, railings, balustrades and the underside of the roof, plus the cobwebs in every corner. The whole space, not just the boards.
Will you know the right pressure for my surfaces?
Yes — that's the core of the trade. Hard surfaces like concrete and paving get proper pressure; delicate surfaces like render, paint and polycarbonate get soft washed at low pressure instead.
Can you work outside business or trading hours?
Yes. For shopfronts, offices, strata and car parks we regularly work early mornings, evenings or weekends. Tell us your preferred window when you enquire.

Pressure washing or soft washing — which will you use?
Whichever the surface needs. Hard surfaces like concrete driveways take high pressure; render, roofs, timber and painted surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash. We are trained in both and always match the method to the material.
