Tell us how many storeys the property has, whether the roof is tile or metal, and how the team can reach the side or rear. For a shared building, tell us which gutters belong to the common property and who can arrange access. Photos taken safely from ground level help explain the problem; there is no need to climb onto the roof to request a quote.
Cleaning and repairs are different decisions
A gutter full of leaves needs clearing. A leaking joint, loose section or corroded gutter may need repair or replacement as well. Explain where water escapes and whether it happens only in heavy rain. We offer minor gutter repairs, gutter installation and roof cleaning as separate services, so the quote can address the problem rather than assume that cleaning alone will solve it.
Flag heritage details before altering a roofline
Manly has mapped heritage items and conservation areas. If your property is affected, tell Sam before requesting changes to gutters, downpipes or roof details. Ask Northern Beaches Council which requirements apply to the proposed work. A cleaning quote does not establish permission for alterations, and we do not assume that every Manly home has the same restrictions.

Can I book for a Manly strata building?
Yes, TGG offers strata gutter cleaning. Include the building height, the shared areas involved, an access contact and any contractor requirements with your enquiry so the scope can be checked.
Can gutter cleaning fix corrosion near the coast?
Cleaning removes debris; it does not restore metal that has already corroded. If you can see rust or a leak, include a ground-level photo and ask about minor repairs or replacement alongside the clean.
Should I book roof cleaning with my gutters?
Tell us what you need cleaned and the roof material. Roof cleaning is a separate service with its own method and scope. Sam can quote the requested work together without assuming every roof needs washing.
