Plan discounts are a flat amount off each visit's standard price, up to the figure shown and capped at 20% of that visit's price, so smaller jobs get a smaller discount. Billed per visit by bank transfer or PayID, nothing upfront. TGG+ is a plan-year commitment with no exit fee beyond the discounts you've had: finish your plan year and every discount is yours to keep. Full details in our Service Terms, section 9.
Every plan visit, including your first, is discounted by a flat amount when we invoice: up to $150 on Quarterly and up to $100 on Biannual. The discount is capped at 20% of that visit's standard price, so a $300 clean saves $60 and a $750 clean saves the full $150. Annual has no discount; you get the member benefits instead.
You commit to the visits in your plan year (4 for Quarterly, 2 for Biannual, 1 for Annual) and can cancel any time by telling us. Finish the plan year and every discount is yours to keep. Cancel before then and we invoice back the discounts you've already had, never more. Annual has no discount, so there's nothing to pay back.
Per visit, not upfront. After each completed visit we send an invoice for the discounted amount, payable by bank transfer or PayID. No card is kept on file.
