My gutters are clean but they still overflow, why?
A clear gutter can still overflow if the fall is wrong, a downpipe's undersized, or a join has failed. We diagnose the actual cause rather than assuming it's just leaves.
Is this covered under a normal gutter clean?
If it's simply blocked, yes, a clean fixes it. If it's still overflowing after clearing, that's a repair job, we'll tell you which one you actually need before quoting.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Twice a year for most Sydney homes, more often under heavy tree cover, where a single season can refill them. Every job comes with before-and-after photos.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not necessarily. As long as we can access the roof and gutters, most jobs are done while you're out, we send photos when it's finished.
