Show us where the water goes
Does water spill over the gutter edge, drip through a joint, or collect around the downpipe at ground level? Include those details, the number of storeys and the roof material when you enquire. If possible, send photos from a safe position on the ground. Clearing roof gutters is a different job from investigating an underground stormwater pipe, so identifying the location helps avoid an unsuitable booking.
Separate roof drainage from creek or street drainage
