How long until I can walk on the carpet?
Lightly in a few hours, fully dry within 4–8 depending on airflow and weather. We speed it up by extracting as much moisture as possible and advising on ventilation before we leave.
Can you get old stains out?
Most respond well to pre-treatment and hot water extraction. Some — old bleach spots, burns, permanent dyes — are in the fibre for good, and we'll tell you which is which before we start rather than after.
Can I set up a regular maintenance schedule?
Yes — monthly, quarterly or seasonal, whatever suits the property. You get a photo report after every visit so you know it's been done.
Are you insured, with documentation for strata or landlords?
Yes — we're fully insured and can provide our certificate of currency and any documentation a strata committee, agent or building manager needs.
