Timber costs less upfront and looks classic but needs regular care; composite costs more upfront and mostly just needs cleaning. We'll walk you through both against your budget and how you use the space.
Can I set up a regular maintenance schedule?
Yes — monthly, quarterly or seasonal, whatever suits the property. You get a photo report after every visit so you know it's been done.
Are you insured, with documentation for strata or landlords?
Yes — we're fully insured and can provide our certificate of currency and any documentation a strata committee, agent or building manager needs.
Are you fully insured?
Yes — TGG SYD is fully insured, and we're owner-operated, so the person who quotes your job is the person responsible for the result.
Is the quote really free and fixed?
Yes. Quotes are free and fixed — you'll know the price before we start, with no hourly meter and no surprises on the invoice. A quick call with a couple of photos is usually all we need.
Pressure washing or soft washing — which will you use?
Whichever the surface needs. Hard surfaces like concrete driveways take high pressure; render, roofs, timber and painted surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash. We are trained in both and always match the method to the material.
