Yes — and it's the best way to protect the investment. New gardens need the most care in their first year; our general gardening service keeps the build looking like the day it was finished.
Can I set up a regular maintenance schedule?
Yes — monthly, quarterly or seasonal, whatever suits the property. You get a photo report after every visit so you know it's been done.
Are you insured, with documentation for strata or landlords?
Yes — we're fully insured and can provide our certificate of currency and any documentation a strata committee, agent or building manager needs.

Pressure washing or soft washing — which will you use?
Whichever the surface needs. Hard surfaces like concrete driveways take high pressure; render, roofs, timber and painted surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash. We are trained in both and always match the method to the material.
